Cross the high Atlas mountains
Visit Ait Benhadou which is the most important Ksar and Kasbah in the south, a UNESCO world heritage site and setting for many movies
Drive through the Oasis of Skoura (the valley of a thousand kasbahs)
Arrive in the valley of Dades by sunset

Overnight in a riad in the Dades Valley.
Leave after breakfast
Visit the Gorge of Toudgha and enjoy a short walk
Stop for lunch in the Berber village of Tinjdad or Toroug (lunch not included)
Visit a workshop of fossils
Arrive in Merzouga, check into your camp and after your welcome drink enjoy a 20 minutes camel ride to view the sunset from the dunes.
