DAY 1
Marrakech → Dades

Pick up at riad/hotel 8am

Cross the high Atlas mountains 

Visit Ait Benhadou which is the most important Ksar and Kasbah in the south, a UNESCO world heritage site and setting for many movies

Drive through the Oasis of Skoura (the valley of a thousand kasbahs)

Arrive in the valley of Dades by sunset

Note: lunch not included. Three course meal included for dinner.

DAY 2
Dades → Merzouga

Leave after breakfast

Visit the Gorge of Toudgha and enjoy a short walk

Stop for lunch in the Berber village of Tinjdad or Toroug (lunch not included)

Visit a workshop of fossils

Arrive in Merzouga. Relax at a luxury riad close to the dunes and enjoy the views and the swimming pool.

DAY 3
Sahara desert experiences

After breakfast you will get to spend some free time for sandboarding or enjoying a lovely morning in the desert.

Visit the village of Khamlia to watch a traditional musical performance offered by the slave descendants. Serve a berbere pizza near the village of Khamlia.

Visit the nomad tents near the desert to learn about their ways of living.

Drive back to Merzouga. Upon arrival you will be given access to your own luxury nomadic tent. After your welcome drink, you will experience a real nomadic adventure. Nomads have used camels as a form of transport for centuries. Following in their footsteps into the Sahara Desert is a unique and unforgettable experience and the best way to learn about their culture and ways of living. You will meet your desert guide and start your 1 h. camel ride to the Ergh Chebbi Dunes. Drinking water will be provided.

Return to enjoy a traditional dinner and some fire-side traditional singing with your Berber hosts.

Merzouga → Agdz

Depart Merzouga after sunrise over the dunes. Stop in Rissani, an ancient caravan town known for its traditional market and ksours (fortified villages)

Drive through the scenic Dades Valley and Valley of Roses, with optional stops for photos or short visits to local cooperatives

Evening:
Arrive in Agdz, a peaceful town set in the lush Draa Valley. Check into a luxury kasbah or boutique lodge surrounded by palm groves.

DAY 5
Agdz → Marrakech

Morning:
After breakfast, follow the ancient caravan route through the Draa Valley, known for its thousand kasbahs and sweeping palm groves.

Lunch at a scenic restaurant overlooking the kasbah.

Afternoon:
Drive through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with opportunities to stop for photos and village views.

Evening: Arrive in Marrakech

To secure your private tour, we require a deposit of €1,800. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to begin arranging the details of your trip. The deposit is essential before we can proceed with bookings or itinerary adjustments. The remaining balance will be settled 30 days before the start of the tour.
